Our databases have remained updated throughout the fall and into the winter, with the November update being sent out to our customers the morning of Dec. 17th.
The November update being sent out in mid-December is a bit confusing. I know.
Typically, we’ve tried to approach updates like this: we begin compiling information at the start of the month, and wrap up in the final five-or-so days of that same month.
However, we got out of sequence in the summer of 2025 due to the volume of some of the months I previously blogged about. Therefore, we’ve been pulling data around the mid-way point in the month — and sending it around the mid-way point of the following month.
In the November update, for instance, we began pulling data on Nov. 20th. And the update went out yesterday.
Still, though, our data is up-to-date. The changes are listed in the added and removed columns as they always are. The social-media data is being added at the same pace as it always has been. And we’re sending out our updates to our customers via email — like we always do.
We should get back into a regular rhythm in 2025. But for now, I apologize for the confusion. Hopefully this explanation makes sense to our customers who were wondering what’s going on — and our prospective customers
