One instance in which sharing is allowed is by purchasing a “team license”. By purchasing a “team license,” the purchaser is also obtaining the right to distribute the database to the members of his or her team, those members’ parents/guardians and/or his or her coaching staff. Distribution to people other than those three parties is strictly prohibited.
The second instance in which the “team license” can be shared is by implementing Contact College Coaches’ data into the backend of the purchaser’s platform. The platform and its website must be password protected and/or have a barrier of entry to prevent the public from freely accessing the data purchased from Contact College Coaches.
Customers who publish the Contact College Coaches data publicly, and/or not don’t require customers to use a username/password to access it, are subject to having their access to ContactCollegeCoaches.com’s database(s) revoked, without warning.
All sales are final. No refunds will be provided.
Information in the database(s) will be updated throughout customers’ year-long subscription. Good-faith efforts will be made to send them each month.
