This is an up-to-date, downloadable list of every college softball coaches’ contact information. It includes their emails, phone numbers and social-media accounts — on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Those who purchase the license to share receive the right to distribute the softball coaches database to as many athletes/parents in their program as they choose.

There are more than 4,800 people in the Excel spreadsheet. All five levels (DI, DII, DIII, JuCo and NAIA) are included. The information is up-to-date as of August 31, 2023.

The purchase price includes monthly updates for one year. They are sent via email. It also includes a large amount of school-specific information that helps athletes identify which colleges are the best fit for them.


Note: The person who purchases the license to share receives the right to distribute the college softball coaches database to any player/parent in his or her program, per’s terms and conditions. Distributing the database to anybody outside of the program is strictly prohibited.

There are more than 4,800 college softball coaches in the list.

Plus, the database includes a large amount of school-specific information that can help athletes — and coaches/parents working with them — identify the colleges that are the best fit.

The information will remain up-to-date for the duration of customers’ subscriptions, as a fully-updated version of the list is sent out via email each month.


Upon completing the purchase, you will be able to download a Microsoft Excel file that has the DI, DII, DIII, NJCAA/JuCo and NAIA sections separated into different tabs. You can do so on the page after submitting your order, or via an automated invoice you should receive via email soon after the order is placed.
